Sales & Marketing Manager

ADB Technologies is looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to drive growth across our enterprise AI solutions. You will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with enterprise clients and government agencies, and positioning ADB as the trusted AI partner for organizations in Africa, Middle East, and Europe.

You will:

• •Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire enterprise and government clients
• •Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives and decision makers
• •Lead marketing initiatives including content, events, and digital campaigns
• •Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
• •Collaborate with product and delivery teams to ensure client success
• •Represent ADB at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
• •Track pipeline metrics and report on sales performance

Ideally you'd have:

• •Proven track record in B2B enterprise sales or business development
• •Experience selling technology solutions to corporates or government agencies
• •Strong understanding of AI, data, and digital transformation trends
• •Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• •Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment
• •Existing network in financial services, government, or enterprise sectors preferred

Nice to haves:

• •Experience in the African or Middle Eastern markets
• •Background in selling AI/ML or data analytics solutions
• •MBA or relevant business degree
